Availability Requires TrustedSite Pro and the Shopify Planet app
The Carbon-Neutral Shipping certification allows Shopify merchants to effortlessly showcase their dedication to the planet on their trustmarks, certification pages, and modals.
To earn this certification, sites must:
Have a TrustedSite Pro plan
Have installed the Shopify Planet app
Have either the Alliance or Pioneer Shopify Planet plan
Enable Carbon-Neutral Certification in your TrustedSite account
To enable the Carbon-Neutral Certification:
Login to your TrustedSite account
Select the site you'd like to manage
From the left menu, select Certifications then Carbon-Neutral Shipping
If you have an active Alliance or Pioneer plan with Shopify Planet, you should see a button to "Enable Now"
Note If you have recently added the Shopify Planet app or updated your Shopify Planet plan, click Refresh. Then the option to Enable Now should appear.
