The app spending limit is set higher than your subscription amount in order to cover additional visits when needed.

TrustedSite Pro plans include a set number of visits per month. Additional charges may apply if your site exceeds this limit, based on the cost per thousand visits (CPM) rate associated with your subscription.

You will only be billed above the subscription amount if you exceed your allocated visits by more than 999 visits in a given month.
