TrustedSite Pro plans come with a 999-visit buffer. If you exceed the visits included in your plan, you’ll begin incurring a fee for every 1,000 additional visits. Your cost per thousand visits (CPM) is determined when your subscription is created.

Here’s how CPM billing works. If you have a subscription with a cap of 5,000 visits per month and a CPM cost of $14.00 and…

  • You have less than 6,000 visits in a particular month: you don't pay for additional visits, only your normal monthly fee.

  • You have between 6,000 and 6,999 visits in a particular month: you pay 1 CPM, $14 in this case, in addition to your monthly fee.

  • You have between 7,000 and 7,999 visits in a month: you pay 2 CPMs, $28 in this case, in addition to your monthly fee.

Unused visits don’t roll over to the next month. You can see how many visits you have received in a month on the Certification Overview page in your account.

CPM charges will appear as separate transactions with separate invoices from your subscription and will be billed using the payment method you have on file.

If you have an annual subscription, you will be billed for any additional visits every month, though your subscription fee will be charged annually.
