Why is my Shopify site showing several pages missing code?

During a Diagnostics scan, we look for pages missing the main code needed to display your certification trustmarks.

On some Shopify sites, we may not detect the code because page content loads dynamically. A missing-code result does not always mean the trustmark is missing from the storefront.

Check your Shopify setup

  1. Make sure the TrustedSite app is installed on your Shopify store.

  2. For sites created on or after October 1, 2026, make sure the TrustedSite app embed is enabled in your current theme and your changes are saved. Follow the Enable the TrustedSite app embed section in Get started with TrustedSite on Shopify.

  3. Open the affected storefront pages and check whether the floating trustmark displays. The floating trustmark does not display on checkout pages.
