Give your visitors an easy and secure way to reach you with a Verified Contact Form. Visitors can access this form from your certification modal and page, and submissions are emailed directly to you.
To get a Verified Contact Form:
Log in to your account.
If you have multiple sites in your account, click the one you want to manage in your Site List.
From the site overview page, under Certifications click Verified Business.
Click Verified Contact.
Click the + icon.
Enter the email address where you’d like to receive the form submissions. It does not have to be the same as your Verified Email address, and will not display publicly. We generally recommend using your support ticketing service email.
Click Send Verification Email.
Click the link in the email sent to you from firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the verification process.
