Show visitors you’re easy to reach by displaying your TrustedSite verified phone number on your certification modal and page.
Follow these steps to get a verified phone number.
Log in to your account.
If you have multiple sites in your account, click the one you want to manage in your Site List.
From the site overview page, under Certifications click Verified Business.
Click Verified Phone.
Click the + icon.
Select a country code and then enter your 10 digit phone number. The number cannot require an extension.
Select a method to receive a confirmation code; either via text message or automated phone call. If you have a phone tree you’ll need to request human verification. We’ll generally give you a call within 3 business days and attempt to connect or leave a voicemail with the confirmation code.
Input your confirmation code and click Verify.
