If you have a lot of internal traffic from yourself, developers, or other employees, you may want to exclude up to 10 IP addresses from being included in your website's monthly visits. This can prevent unnecessary visit charges and ensure that you do not exceed your monthly limit. While visits generally do not significantly impact your usage, there are certain cases where excluding IP addresses can be valuable.

You may want to exclude:

  • Your IP address(es)

  • Your office IP address(es)

  • Other employee IP address(es)

  • Partner or subcontractor IP address(es)

Add IP address to exclude

To add IP addresses that you want to exclude:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner

  3. From the left menu, select Settings β†’ Exclude IPs

  4. Enter the IP addresses you'd like us to exclude

  5. Click Save

You can edit the list at any time.

FAQs

How do I find my IP address?

To find your current IP address, you can use various websites available online. While we don't endorse any specific service, a quick Google search for "what is my IP address" will lead you to several websites that can provide this information. Simply visit one of these sites to view your IP address.

Keep in mind that your IP address may change depending on your internet connection and network settings.

What is an IP address?

An IP address, or Internet Protocol address, is a unique numerical label assigned to each device connected to a computer network. It serves as a means of identifying and communicating with devices over a network. An IP address typically consists of four sets of numbers separated by periods, like this: 111.111.111.111.
