This issue can be caused by not having HTTPS redirects enabled for your web pages. You can check if this is an issue by trying to open your page in a private Firefox tab, a Chrome incognito tab, or by clearing your browser's cached history. If you are able to navigate to your URL using only "http://" or if your browser gives a warning such as "Not Secure" this could be the cause.
Once a change has been made, you may initiate a crawler scan at any time using the Update Now button on your Search Submission Overview page.
