Unfortunately, not every site is safe and legitimate. If you have reason to believe that a business displaying TrustedSite trustmarks might be fake (missing order, payment accepted without confirmation, etc.), start by verifying the trustmarks are legitimate. You can do this by searching for the site in the TrustedSite directories.

If the site appears in one of the directories, it legitimately earned the certifications it displays. In this case, please reach out to the site’s customer service team to inquire about your issue. You can find verified contact information by clicking a trustmark and viewing the “Verified Business” section of the certification modal.

If you do not receive a response from the site, please report your issue to us. We will investigate the site and revoke it’s certifications if it’s deemed fraudulent. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders placed through TrustedSite certified sites.
