You may have noticed that there is a products page in your account and that it doesn't feature all of the products you offer in your store. There is no need to manually add items as our system automatically detects products as people review them. This means that even though you may offer 100 products, only those that have been reviewed will show up on that page. Regardless of whether a product appears on the product page, product-specific review request emails will go out to your customers as long as the code is implemented correctly.
Please note that for some platform customers products may appear on the product page before they are reviewed due to slight variations in our integrations.
