Q&A is a feature that is included with our business and ecommerce plans. It lets visitors who are looking at your site or your products ask questions like "Do sizes for these shirts run large or small?" or "What is your return policy?"
The advantage of having customers ask questions publicly is that future customers who may have the same questions and may hesitate to contact customer service, will get their questions answered in an organic way that doesn't require additional steps.
Managing questions is easy. We'll send you an email every time someone posts a question, so make sure to look out for answers. You can see and post answers to all questions in your TrustedSite account. Anyone can post an answer though yours will be marked as the "official" answer.
You don't need to take additional steps to activate the feature. It's added to your account automatically as long as you have a business or ecommerce subscription.
