Our paid users can customize the language of the review email to one of 19 languages. We're currently rolling this feature out and parts of it may not be fully available as of January 2018. Please contact our support team if you experience any issues.
To enable this feature:
- Click on Invitations in the left navigation bar
- On the invitation page, click on the Settings button near the top.
- Scroll down to the Edit Contents section.
- From the language dropdown, select the desired language.
- Some values will be automatically translated. These include the footer, CTA box and the review delay link below the button. These areas can't be further customized.
- The remaining values, including the subject line, title and body of the email are translated and cal also be further customized in the corresponding fields. Click here to learn more about customizing the text of the invitation emails.
- You'll need to change the language for every email template type. Select the template from the Email dropdown at the top (Business review, Business review followup, Product review, Product review followup)
